Located on Parkcrest Circle in Reston, Virginia, Bentana Park is nestled in the woods leading to Lake Fairfax Park and nearby Colvin Run.
The community is a favorite for walkers, joggers, hikers and cyclists as it sits along one of Reston's 55 miles of walking and cycling paths (the Blue Trail).
And, with the Wiehle-Reston Metro about a mile from the community and Reston Town Center less than a mile away, Bentana Park is close to everything while giving its residents the feeling of living in nature.
Deer, foxes and other wildlife are often seen, and you can regularly find residents walking their dogs. We are an animal-friendly community!
Bentana Park consists of 240 units located within 9 buildings located on 14.7 acres of wooded land.
There are 239 open parking spaces and 129 private carport spaces. Carport spaces are "limited common elements" that belong to/are deeded to certain individual condo units and are reserved for specific use by those owners.

HOA monthly virtual meetings are held at 7 p.m. on the 3rd Monday of each month using MS Teams Meetings.
Currently, we are holding virtual meetings on Microsoft Teams Meetings. The meeting login information will be posted on your building's bulletin board, and, also sent to those who are registered with an email address on the Sentry Mgt. Homepage or Bentana Park Homepage several days prior.
